科研及工作业绩：
主要从事灰色系统理论与机器学习、人工智能在管理学中的应用。近年来，主持在研省部级科研项目2项，主持完成市厅级科研项目2项，参与完成国家级科研项目2项，发表SCI、中文核心等高水平论文30余篇
